About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Auditor to join our dynamic team at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality, and independent audit services to our diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a reputable accounting firm and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive audits to assess the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and accounting practices
  • Identifying potential risks and providing recommendations to improve internal controls and operational efficiency
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient audit processes
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and professional development
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in external auditing, preferably within a reputable accounting firm
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and auditing standards (SPAP)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings effectively to clients
  • Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools
  • A team player with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity
