Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an
Automotive Service Manager
at
PT. Abe Mandiri (Dunia Motor)
located in
Batulicin, South Kalimantan
. The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and standardize SOPs for technical services and aftersales operations.
  • Giving a scheduled training for every manpower about technical service knowledge.
  • Build and develop the company's automotive spare parts catalog system to ensure parts, tires, oils, and batteries that needed to be stock for every car, truck, and motorcycle types are maintained in each store.
  • Solve technical and service issues both internally and externally (either from customers or from the company fleet).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design asset & inventory management systems.
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency and service consistency while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Acted as key technical advisor for complex service issues.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive service operations.
  • Minimum 5 years in managerial position in automotive service operations or 3 years in regional aftersales management (passenger cars company is preferred).
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills and managing people.
  • Experience in managing a team and maintaining service records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to continuously learning.
  • Relevant certification or degree in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus.
