Team
Our team in Indonesia consists of Sales, Marketing and Application Support.
You will report to the Branch Manager and focus in Central & Eestern Java region.
Responsibilities
- seek, develop, and build relationships with machine builders and system integrators in targeted segments
- client development for the full spectrum of automation products such as PLC, industrial PCs, fieldbus components, PC/NC automation software, drive technology and PC-based automation solutions
- conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations for customers, showing benefits for the customer's system
- work closely with technical department to design and propose suitable solution architectures for customers' applications
- work closely with marketing department for events such as seminars and roadshows
- provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer updates to management
- full responsibility for allocated sales targets and customer development
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering or related field
· Preferably with 2-3 years technical sales experience in industrial automation, process automation, robotics, control systems, or similar technology
· Has developed customers (machine builders, system integrators, and or end user) in FMCG industry, such as F&B, pharmaceuticals, and process industry.
· Keen interest in technology
· Good technical knowledge of automation technology, fieldbus and system configurations
· Good ability in understanding customer's system and project requirements
· Good sales and marketing skills in a B2B environment
· Proactive, self-starter and team-oriented
· Strong discipline to follow up on customers' progress and report to management
· Valid driver's license with own car
