Job Description
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top Product and Tech talent
- Create weekly content showcasing Amartha's culture, values, and innovations
- Manage @lifeatamartha on Instagram to engage and attract potential candidates
- Organize events like job fairs, conferences, and sharing sessions focused on Product and Tech hiring
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to meet hiring goals
Requirements
- Open for entry-level candidates, including fresh graduates.
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in employer branding, marketing, or a relevant industry.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in creating engaging and authentic content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in organizing events like job fairs or conferences.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of relevant tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with the tech ecosystem and trends.
- Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.
