Job Description

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top Product and Tech talent  
  • Create weekly content showcasing Amartha's culture, values, and innovations  
  • Manage @lifeatamartha on Instagram to engage and attract potential candidates  
  • Organize events like job fairs, conferences, and sharing sessions focused on Product and Tech hiring  
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to meet hiring goals

Requirements

  • Open for entry-level candidates, including fresh graduates.  
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  
  • Experience in employer branding, marketing, or a relevant industry.  
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.  
  • Skilled in creating engaging and authentic content.  
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.  
  • Experience in organizing events like job fairs or conferences.  
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of relevant tools and platforms.  
  • Familiarity with the tech ecosystem and trends.  
  • Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.
