About Us

The Canopy Room under PT UOR is not your usual retail brand. It's a multi-brand fashion destination — blending
digitally immersive experiences
and
in-person storytelling
— with the goal of nurturing Indonesia's fashion movement. We believe in collaboration, craftsmanship, and creative identity.

Launching online in December 2025 and opening our flagship store in 2026, we aim to bring local designers, creative communities, and independent labels together under one canopy.

Role: Brand Partnership Executive

You'll be the bridge between The Canopy Room and Indonesia's creative ecosystem. You'll
source, negotiate, nurture, and scale collaborations
— building purposeful, meaningful, and lasting collaborations with brands, designers, and creative partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential brand partners aligned with our vision & mission
  • Pitch, negotiate, and finalize collaboration agreements
  • Onboard and manage partner relationships
  • Co-create joint campaigns, capsule collections, events, and experiential activations
  • Monitor partnership performance, analyze metrics, and optimize outcomes
  • Maintain a network of designers, labels, and local communities

What We're Looking For

2–5+ years in brand partnerships, business development, retail, or creative industries

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Existing network in Indonesia's fashion / lifestyle / creative space

Strategic mindset with business acumen + creative sensibility

Passion for local design, community-driven retail, and storytelling

Ability to manage multiple high-visibility collaborations simultaneously
