Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with enterprise clients for IT hardware products.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts, understanding their IT infrastructure, strategic objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to fully uncover client needs, pain points, and business priorities.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain IT hardware solutions in a way that aligns with enterprise business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, support, operations, and product management) to ensure smooth deployment of solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Prepare tailored technical proposals, quotations, and documentation for large-scale deployments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
  • Develop account strategies, forecast sales, and ensure targets for enterprise clients are achieved or exceeded.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to enterprise clients.
  • Of course you'll get for attractive commission/incentive programs based on selling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science / Technology / Engineering / Mathematics.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, pre-sales, or technical account management, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware solutions (servers, networking devices, storage, workstations, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles in enterprise accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess enterprise client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
