Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and system testing to ensure product quality.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).

  • Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release.

  • Provide clear, concise, and structured feedback on application behavior and quality.

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release validation when needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester or Software Tester.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

  • Experience writing detailed test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

  • Familiarity with web and mobile application testing.

  • Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

  • Basic understanding of API testing (using Postman or similar tools) is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and technologies.
