Overview

Trainer Front Office bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Front Office (FO) agar memberikan pelayanan pasien yang profesional, ramah, akurat, dan sesuai standar pelayanan klinik gigi. Posisi ini memegang peran penting dalam menjaga konsistensi kualitas layanan di seluruh cabang melalui pelatihan, coaching, serta evaluasi service excellence.

Roles

  • Melakukan training FO untuk karyawan baru maupun existing.
  • Membawakan materi terkait pelayanan pasien, komunikasi profesional, reservasi, follow-up, billing, serta penanganan complain dan lainnya.
  • Menyusun modul pelatihan, materi presentasi, checklist kerja FO, dan script komunikasi.
  • Memastikan seluruh materi sesuai standar pelayanan klinik gigi.
  • Membantu meningkatkan performa FO melalui coaching dan feedback.
  • Melakukan pengecekan kualitas pelayanan FO
  • Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pelayanan untuk setiap cabang.
  • Membuat laporan kegiatan pelatihan dan hasil evaluasi peserta.
  • Mengelola data pelatihan dan progres kompetensi FO.

Requirement

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Komunikasi, Administrasi, Hospitality, Kesehatan).
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Trainer FO atau Customer Service (lebih diutamakan dari klinik gigi.)
  • Memahami alur pelayanan klinik gigi dan standar kerja FO.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, public speaking, dan coaching.
  • Berjiwa service oriented, sabar, dan mampu bekerja mobile ke cabang.
