Responsibilities:

  • Producing BQ and Owner Estimate.
  • Assisting execute tender process.
  • BQ Cost Analysis and Evaluation.
  • Calculating cost estimation of add/reduce work (Variation Order) and Budget Control.
  • Supporting in quantity clarification of Opname Result and make Final Account.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university preferably from Construction Management, Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in contractors, QS consultants, and Property Owner/Developer.
  • Strong coordination, numerical & interpersonal skill.
  • Fluent in English & computer literate.
  • Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
