What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute business and sales strategies within the wellness and aesthetic industry
  2. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to support growth initiatives
  3. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and improve overall performance
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
  5. Build and maintain a positive, goal-oriented, and collaborative work culture
  6. Partner with top management to align business objectives with long-term company goals

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or marketing strategy
  2. Proven track record of leading the successful launch and scale-up of new business lines or ventures, ideally in the wellness, healthcare or retail sectors
  3. Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational excellence
  4. Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret market data to inform strategic decision-making
  5. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Adaptable, visionary, and results-driven
