Role Overview

As the HRGA for the Clubhouse - Padel Sport, you will manage all human resources and general affairs aspects within the clubhouse environment. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, administrative support, event coordination, and fostering a positive culture that promotes health and fitness through padel sports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes for Clubhouse staff, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote effective organizational culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the sports and fitness environment.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including office management, supply inventory, and facility maintenance.
  • Create and oversee employee engagement initiatives that promote teamwork, wellness, and community spirit.
  • Organize events and activities for clubhouse members, strengthening community connections through sports.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and support concerns through effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in a sports or recreation environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for sports, particularly padel, and promoting an active lifestyle.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
