We are looking for an energetic and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Executive based in Malaysia / Indonesia to join our growing team. In this role, you will conceptualize, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns and assets that drive viewership, grow our audience base, and strengthen brand engagement. You will also collaborate closely with our Commercial and Studios teams to develop insights-led, video-first marketing solutions — from media planning and execution to performance tracking and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google).
  • Optimize marketing assets and creatives to maximize performance and audience engagement.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Support commercial and studio teams in developing digital strategies for branded and content-led campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights and reports.
  • Stay up to date with evolving digital trends, platforms, and marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of working experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong creative and storytelling sensibility with a keen visual eye.
  • Independent, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about community building and fostering audience relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and TikTok for Business.
  • Hands-on experience in digital media buying and campaign reporting.

Preferred Skills (an advantage)

  • Copywriting and visual content creation (graphic design, short-form video, or web graphics).
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Data Studio, Meta Ads, or similar)
