General Manager Operations

Join our client - A growing FnB Group, specializing in pastries & thai cuisines

​​​​We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of multiple stores, driving operational excellence and leading expansion projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end outlet operations, including revenue management, service excellence, SOP implementation, and staff training.
  • Ensure consistent operational standards and enhance the guest experience across all locations.
  • Occasionally travel to other city to align SOPs and drive service improvements.
  • Play a strategic role in planning and executing store expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance and growth.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years Proven experience in managing multi-store operations, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Solid understanding of revenue management, service excellence, and SOP implementation.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in business expansion and operational scaling.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Surabaya
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high operational standards.
