About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Export Staff to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient export of our high-quality products to international markets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating the export process, including order processing, documentation preparation, and logistics management
• Liaising with clients, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure seamless and timely delivery of goods
• Maintaining detailed records and preparing export-related reports
• Staying up-to-date with changes in export regulations and procedures, and implementing necessary adjustments
• Collaborating with the sales and production teams to optimise the export process and address any issues or concerns
• Providing support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Logistics and Warehouse Management, Air Transportation Service, International Business Management or in relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an export or logistics-related role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain detailed records and generate reports
• Adaptable and proactive in addressing changes and challenges within a dynamic work environment
• Fluency English
