About the role

We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team at PT PCBA Semikonduktor International, a leading semiconductor manufacturer based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory
  2. Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions
  3. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth product delivery
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent support

What we're looking for

  1. A year experience in Sales and B2B is a plus point (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  2. Fluent in English (verbal & written) – required
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  4. A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  5. Owns a personal vehicle (preferably car)
