Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product strategy and team in Indonesia. You will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and deliver solutions that create impact for banks, financial institutions, and technology partners. This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with the CEO, COO, and Leadership Team, with the opportunity to influence Nikel's growth and direction. 

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Nikel's mission and growth priorities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team focused on customer-centric solutions
  • Engage with customers to understand their lending and credit challenges and translate insights into scalable products
  • Partner with design, engineering, data & analytics, and delivery teams to deliver end-to-end product initiatives from concept to launch and iteration
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure Nikel delivers best-in-class functionality
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape product positioning, onboarding, and success stories
  • Work directly with the CEO and COO on long-term product growth vision and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
  • Experienced product leader with 7+ years in fintech, financial services, or B2B product management
  • Strong knowledge of loan products, especially for the small business segment
  • Proven experience building B2B products and have multiple concept-to-launch-optimize cycles under belt
  • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas including user experience design, management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
  • Previous experience working on product at a startup is highly valued
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on user feedback, research, data, and industry trends
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
