We started our business in manufacturing Ceramic Tableware, Sanitary, and Furniture on 78 Ha of land in West Semarang, Central Java. Our group also operate Hospital, Property and Hotels. To strengthen our business objectives, we are looking for talents with the following qualifications:

E-Commerce Manager

Qualifications:

  • Having 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online retail trends.
  • Knowledge of Platform Ads and social media advertising.
  • Results driven, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage and lead team to enhance creativity and innovation.

Job Description:

  • Manage and update product listings, visuals, pricing, and inventory across ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issue, and coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements.
  • Manage campaign submissions, seasonal promotions, and platform features to drive traffic and support business growth.
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes, coordinate with customer service to ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain optimal shipping performance.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly performance report, identify underperforming areas, and implement data-driven strategies to improve overall e-commerce results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize Live Streaming activities to enhance sales performance across ecommerce platform.
  • Coordinate with design teams for visuals, banners, and other creative assets.
