Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Coordinator who can build and manage partnerships with Japanese companies (TSK) seeking Indonesian workers.
This role will be responsible for developing business relationships, coordinating communication between Japan and Indonesia, and supporting the process of sending qualified Indonesian candidates to work in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Japanese companies and supervising organizations.
- Conduct business negotiations, create proposals, and manage communication with Japanese partners via email, meetings, and visits.
- Coordinate between Japanese companies and Indonesian training centers or manpower agencies.
- Support agreement drafting, contract management, and cooperation processes.
- Maintain good relationships with local and overseas stakeholders.
- Will communicate in full Japanese
Qualifications
- Nihon Jin is preferred
- Have experience in business development, or overseas employment industry is advantage
- Understanding of Japan's Tokutei Ginou (Specified Skilled Worker) system
- Strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Will be placed in Indonesia, BSD
