Concierge (staff)

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or 1 year of experience as a Guest Relation Officer (GRO) in a hotel or luxury villa.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using reservation and scheduling software, as well as basic office applications (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
  • Warm, friendly, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Good knowledge of local attractions, cultural sites, and nearby activities.
