Job Requirements:

  1. Establish and maintain relationship resources with relevant local government departments in Indonesia, including but not limited to public security, fire protection, work safety supervision, quality supervision, health, environmental protection, planning, trade unions, Party committees, and local sub-district offices;
  2. Be responsible for organizing and receiving inspections and visits by government departments.
  3. Be responsible for the smooth progress of government affairs-related work, follow up supervise and manage during the process, issue early warnings and handle possible government incidents, and be responsible for the results.
  4. Be responsible for completing government project declarations and management of certificates and archives, including enterprise qualification, technology, industry, and talent categories.
  5. Assist in process management of government-approved and supported projects. Conduct complete project management from early approval and project establishment to final acceptance and conclusion, coordinating resources of various departments to achieve project completion.
  6. Timely and accurately understand local policy directions and implementation details, and do a good job in daily policy declaration and information collection.

Qualifications:

  1. 5 years of work experience, bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.
  2. Familiar with the operation process of local government affairs in Indonesia and the government work system.
  3. Familiar with project declaration and relevant processes of government departments, have solid writing skills, and be able to proficiently write various project declaration materials.
  4. Have a good image and temperament, be generous and confident in behavior, and have strong communication and expression skills.
  5. Fluent in English; Preferably able to speak Chinese.
  6. Willing to be placed in Grobogan and several other factory locations.
