Responsibilities:

  • Business Communication: Fluent in Chinese, Indonesian, and English for daily communication and formal negotiations; assist management and the General Manager in business negotiations, contract negotiations, and daily administrative affairs.
  • Daily Administrative and Operational Work, and Secretarial Work: Drafting, editing, proofreading, and archiving various Chinese, English, and Indonesian documents and PPTs; responsible for recruitment, administration, and human resources.
  • Compliance and Document Management: Drafting project documents, information requests, contracts, and audit reports in English.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Strictly adhere to confidentiality agreements and properly handle confidential company information and sensitive documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, with preference given to candidates majoring in Chinese language or Chinese teacher training.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese and Indonesian, and fluent in English; capable of business negotiations, contract drafting, and daily communication.
    • Familiar with Chinese, Indonesian, and English in a trilingual environment; possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
