What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage the company's overall marketing & business development strategy.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (B2B), especially within the manufacturing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and potential partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market segments, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Manage and optimise marketing channels (digital, offline, exhibitions, industrial events).
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, sales) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor sales pipelines with the sales team to ensure revenue targets are met.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development, with strong exposure to manufacturing industry/Oil & Gas/Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in developing B2B markets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experienced in presenting to industrial clients.
  • Familiar with digital marketing, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
