Your Tasks
  • Translate company strategies into actionable commercial plans within the medical channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead the team to achieve IMS sales targets and market share growth through strong execution and commercial excellence.

  • Ensure operational excellence in call planning, coverage optimization, engagement quality, and product advocacy.

  • Drive sales process effectiveness — including demand generation, NPD penetration, accurate forecasting, and trade program execution.

  • Oversee financial management, ensuring efficient and accountable use of TA and CM budgets.

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with distributors to enable long-term growth.

  • Develop and coach team members to enhance performance and capability.

  • Champion innovation and identify new opportunities to accelerate business growth.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum 8 years of commercial or business development experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record in leading sales or medical channel teams to achieve performance and market growth targets.

  • Strong ability to translate strategic direction into actionable commercial plans at regional or national level.

  • Demonstrated strength in sales process optimization, including call planning, demand generation, forecasting, and trade program execution.

  • Experience managing distributors or external partners, ensuring alignment and sustainable business growth.

  • Excellent financial acumen with ability to plan, monitor, and optimize budgets effectively.

  • Strong leadership and people development capabilities — skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing teams.

  • Innovative mindset with ability to identify new growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
