We are looking for a
Tax Specialist
to strengthen our Reporting & Tax team and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance while supporting the business in navigating complex tax matters. This role requires an experienced tax professional with strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a strategic approach to managing audits and regulatory challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and consolidate company-wide tax matters to optimize costs and maintain tax compliance.
  • Review and manage tax filings, reconciliations, and documentation in accordance with government regulations.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and policies to assess their impact and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants for inquiries, audits, and compliance matters.
  • Manage and execute complex tax audits and SP2DK cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive audit documentation and reconciliations to ensure audit readiness.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities arising from audit findings, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of solid experience in taxation, with proven expertise in tax audits, SP2DK, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, corporate tax, and VAT, with the ability to translate regulations into practical business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex cases while providing strategic insights to support leadership.
  • Experience across diverse industries—such as technology and retail–is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Brevet A & B certifications are a strong advantage.
