About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Tirta Ayu Spa' in Bali. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to our valued clients, ensuring they have an unforgettable and relaxing experience. This is a full-time position, based in our beautiful spa location in Bali.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps
2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
3. Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the spa
4. Upholding the policies and procedures of the spa
5. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve your skills
6. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of spa supplies

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 year of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role
2. Certification or training in spa therapy, massage, or related disciplines
3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a relaxing and personalised experience
4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
6. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively
