As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of financial management and contributing to the strategic direction of our financial initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting, showcasing a proven track record of successful financial management.
  • Present strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in financial planning and analysis to bring innovative and practical solutions to financial challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy.
  • Adjust financial strategies and plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving financial requirements.
  • Manage, supervise, and coach the finance team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in financial management.
  • Ensure timely production of accurate financial reports and statements, leveraging expertise in financial software and tools such as ERP systems and Excel.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
