Strategy Associate
.

You'll work with some of Indonesia's brightest minds to design, test, and evaluate strategies, programs, and tools — assessing both educational and economic feasibility to ensure programs deliver real, measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare
    strategic reports
    and
    presentations
    to support leadership discussions and cross-team collaborations.
  • Assist in
    program planning and monitoring
    using data-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with various teams to
    design solutions
    that address the real needs of beneficiaries.
  • Manage and analyze data
    using Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas) and create clear, engaging presentations with PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in STEM (Industrial, Informatics, Civil, Applied Math, or related fields) from a top university.
  • 1–3 years
    of relevant work experience or involvement in transformation-related projects.
  • Strong
    analytical and systematic thinking
    with the ability to assess economic feasibility.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    ; able to create simple, clear, and professional slide decks.
  • Excellent
    leadership
    and
    communication
    skills
  • Humble
    , logical, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in
    research, consulting projects, or project management
    .
  • Basic understanding of policy analysis or social impact evaluation.
