Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from brief to final report.
  • Oversee KOL sourcing, negotiation, contracting, content review, and posting.
  • Ensure compliance with brand safety, legal, and platform guidelines.
  • Maintain clear processes, SOPs, and workflows for efficient delivery.
  • Monitor team workload and performance to ensure timely and smooth execution.

2. Profitability Management

  • Partner with Success Managers to keep campaigns within budget and margin targets.
  • Track creator fees, production costs, and operational expenses.
  • Implement tools and systems to improve efficiency and financial oversight.
  • Continuously refine operations to optimize resources and reduce inefficiencies.

3. Commercial & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Provide operational insights for Sales and Strategy during pitches and proposals.
  • Support presales with feasibility checks and cost estimation.
  • Explore new platforms, formats, and creator strategies to drive innovation.
  • Translate industry trends into improved commercial and operational approaches.

Qualifications :

  1. Someone who has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  2. Someone who is interested in and understands influencer marketing and social media
  3. Someone who works quickly, is resilient, and adapts well to a fast-paced environment
  4. Has excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
  5. Detail-oriented and well-organized
  6. Shows initiative and takes ownership
  7. A proactive problem solver
