About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to join English 1 Palembang as a Digital Marketing specialist. In this full-time role based in Palembang, South Sumatra, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and execution across various online channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation
  2. Manage and optimize the company's SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives
  3. Analyze website and digital channel performance, providing actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
  4. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure seamless integration of digital and traditional marketing activities
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, making recommendations to enhance the company's online presence

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year' experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of planning and executing successful campaigns
  2. Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Strong creative and copywriting skills to develop engaging digital content
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
