Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Melakukan kegiatan prospecting dan penawaran produk (unit & sparepart), serta menjadi partner diskusi untuk menggali dan memberikan advice/ saran atas permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh calon pelanggan.
  2. Menganalisa kebutuhan dan kondisi calon pelanggan sehingga dapat menawarkan produk yang sesuai.
  3. Mengelola data base customer di bagiannya.
  4. Menginput seluruh kegiatan penjualan (sesuai rencana kerja) kedalam Sales Funnel secara harian
  5. Melaksanaan kegiatan penagihan piutang ke pelanggan sesuai dengan daftar piutang dari bagian pembukuan.

  • Gaji tetap bulanan.
  • Komisi menarik untuk setiap penjualan setiap unit produk,
  • Insentif yang sangat menarik 1 s/d 2 bulan gaji bila mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan
  • Uang makan dan tunjangan operasional sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku
  • Jenjang karir yang jelas di dalam perusahaan

Persyaratan :

  • Usia maksimal 33 tahun
  • Pendidikan D3/S1 - Teknik Mesin dan Manajemen Pemasaran
  • Memiliki PENGALAMAN di bidang SALES/ PENJUALAN minimal 2 tahun
  • Memahami produk - produk Teknik/ Permesinan lebih disukai
  • Diutamakan yang memiliki pengetahuan didalam industri pertanian dan perkebunan.
  • Mengerti aplikasi komputer, minimal MS Word dan MS Excell.
  • Enerjik, ulet dan komunikatif
  • Memiliki SIM C & A/B (SIM A bisa menyusul setelah diterima bekerja)
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas keluar kota/keluar pulau
