Job Title:  Corporate Legal Manager – Subholding Group (Multisector Business)

As a subholding of a prominent national conglomerate, the company has expanded its reach into automotive distribution, property development, plantations, and healthcare. It operates with a commitment to corporate growth, professional structure, and cross-sector expansion.

Role Overview:

As the Corporate Legal Manager, you will take charge of a small legal team while advising company leadership on all legal matters across the group's multiple business units. The role is a combination of corporate legal work (contracts, governance, compliance) and litigation/liaison (regulators, external legal partners, authorities). This position reports directly to the CEO and senior leadership in Bandung and coordinates with the holding legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​​Lead and manage corporate legal affairs, including company documentation, contracts, and compliance.
  • Represent the company in legal disputes; coordinate with external law firms and regulators.
  • Liaise with government agencies and other external stakeholders.
  • Provide legal advice to executive leadership across all business units (automotive, property, plantation).
  • Supervise and mentor a legal team of 2–3 staff members.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the holding group's legal function.

  • ​​​​​​​Ensure all company legal matters are compliant with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
  • Effectively manage litigation cases and licensing issues.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external institutions.
  • Build a focused, high-performing legal team with clear deliverables.

Skills and Requirements:

  • ​​​​​​​Indonesian citizen
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate legal, with exposure to both litigation and regulatory liaison.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Litigation license is a plus.
