The Role

As
Head of Operations
, you will oversee
day-to-day operational excellence
of the exchange, ensuring smooth and compliant workflows across onboarding, trading, clearing, settlement, and custody interfaces. You'll work closely with technology, risk, and compliance teams to
implement world-class processes and controls
, while serving as the operational face to regulators, auditors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily
    exchange operations
    : trading, settlements, reconciliations, and surveillance workflows.
  • Design, implement, and refine
    SOPs
    in line with best practices and regulatory expectations.
  • Drive
    risk management & compliance alignment
    (AML/KYC, safeguarding, reporting).
  • Partner with Technology to ensure
    system resilience, uptime, and incident response readiness
    .
  • Manage relationships with
    regulators, auditors, banks, and key infrastructure partners
    .
  • Build, lead, and mentor a strong
    Ops team
    covering customer service, settlements, and operational controls.
  • Track and report
    KPIs
    for efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in
    financial services, capital markets, fintech, or payments operations
    , with at least 4+ years in leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of
    exchange or brokerage operations
    , clearing, or custody preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    Indonesian regulatory standards (OJK, BI)
    and
    international best practices (AML/CFT, ISO 27001, safeguarding)
    .
  • Experience scaling operational teams and deploying
    automation for operational processes
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in
    Bahasa Indonesia & English
    .
