Chambre is a modern wedding cheongsam label based in Singapore, celebrated for its refined craftsmanship and timeless bespoke pieces that embrace each bride's unique style. As the brand continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our team — fully remote, perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact on Chambre's WhatsApp hotline — handling enquiries with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
  • Arrange and manage fittings and alteration appointments, ensuring smooth communication between clients, tailors, and the internal team.
  • Support backend sales processes including order updates, scheduling, and delivery timelines.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain lead databases and client information accurately.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing monthly sales reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the showroom and operations team when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken English — able to correspond confidently with English-speaking clients.
  • Strong writing etiquette — capable of managing client messaging, scheduling, and reporting with proper grammar and tone.
  • Friendly yet professional communication style that reflects the elegance and warmth of the brand.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and digital tools for remote work.
  • Experience in customer service, operations, or sales coordination (especially across international markets) is an advantage.
  • TOEFL or IELTS certification is preferred
