About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at De Acqua Group, you will support the company's growth across multiple brands under the group, helping expand our client network and long-term business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, nurturing leads and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives.

This full-time role is based in Bali (on-site) and plays an important part in driving the company's continued expansion.

What we're looking for

  1. Proactively research and identify potential clients across various channels
  2. Conduct outreach via WhatsApp, calls, email and networking to generate new leads
  3. Qualify and nurture leads by understanding their needs and matching them to our offerings
  4. Perform structured canvassing efforts to identify potential clients and assess business opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives
  7. Monitor sales performance, analyze market insights, competitor activity, customer needs
  8. Identify emerging trends or new business verticals to accelerate growth
  9. Contribute to the development of the company's long-term growth plans and strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales development or business development role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
  4. Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales enablement tools
  5. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
