Qualifications:

· With at least 6 years of practice experience in a law firm;

· With concrete experience in litigation and arbitration, and able to provide details of the main categories of cases previously handled as lead counsel;

· With solid experience in both criminal and civil matters;

· With advocate qualification;

· With excellent language skills in English and able to use English as a working language;

· Responsible for handling dispute resolution cases throughout the process, from the initial legal assessment of the case to the final execution of the judgment, including but not limited to litigation, arbitration, and mediation;

· Capable of drafting and reviewing legal documents related to dispute resolution, including but not limited to complaints, defense statements, evidence materials, arbitration agreements, settlement agreements, and mediation agreements;

· Able to provide in-depth legal analysis and practical advice on litigation and arbitration strategies, assessing potential dispute risks for clients;

· Highly responsive and able to reply promptly and efficiently to clients and team members.

Job Description:

· Responsible for the preparation and trial of cases, including reviewing evidence, drafting complaints, defense statements, arbitration applications, etc., ensuring that all procedures and materials comply with legal requirements, and attending court;

· Analyze and provide legal opinions, especially when the company faces disputes, provide professional advice on complex legal issues and potential litigation risks, and ensure that clients understand the legal risks of the case and possible response strategies;

· Review and draft of contract, agreement, and any other documents related to company business activity and necessity;

· Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation, compliances, guidelines and provide regular reports on business opportunities and documents legislation affecting company business and/or policies;

· Develop, maintain and strengthen liaison and work relationship with company's legal team, and government, BI, OJK and/or related institutions to facilitate efficient communication (optional).
