We are a fast-growing next-generation digital bank in Uzbekistan, building a modern ecosystem of financial products and services aligned with the principles of Islamic banking. We are looking for a Strategy Partner who will play a key role in shaping the bank's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance corporate and business strategies aligned with the long-term vision of the group.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Define strategic initiatives, KPIs, and roadmaps, transforming strategic vision into actionable plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, risk, marketing) to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

  • Support business planning, financial modeling, and forecasting processes.

  • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and refine the strategy based on data and analytics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, corporate development, or similar roles (preferably in Islamic banking or fintech).

  • Strong experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Deep understanding of financial products, banking business models, and the regulatory environment.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
