As part of the Marketing Team, the Social Media Marketing Intern will be in charge of all social media initiatives across all of Kalibrr Indonesia's social media platforms.

Along with exploring new ideas and concepts, you must be guided by a belief that data should always back strategic decisions. While it's great that you can work independently and manage your time well, it's even better if you also enjoy working with a team. And, of course, we need you to be passionate about developing search engine relevant content.

If you are data-driven, extremely detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving, we'd very much want to work with you.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategize and create social media content and plans through research, benchmarking, messaging, and target audience identification
  • Set-up, optimize, and manage social media campaigns (both paid and organic) to increase Kalibrr's visibility and brand recall
  • Schedule/Publish and track the performance of all social media campaigns
  • Manage online communities, and handle all social media channel inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with current events, digital, and social media marketing news and trends
  • Regularly conduct social media monitoring of competitors and other relevant companies

  • Make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy that is based on competitive analysis or data

  • Minimum Qualifications: Familiarization with the main social media channels and their metrics: Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, and Instagram

  • Demonstrates creativity and immersion in social media
  • Experience in Content Marketing and/or Digital Marketing
  • Experience in working with an advertising agency or marketing teams, specifically in social media management highly preferred
  • Experience in taking a lesser-known brand to national or regional prominence
  • Has the initiative and drive to contribute to a growing organization
  • Highly technology savvy, willing to reply to all DMs and comments made to all Kalibrr's social media platform
