About the Role
Key Responsibilities
The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee(s) in this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and activities required of the position and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks within reason, at the request of their Supervisor or Manager.
- Identify and engage with existing and potential clients to explore O&M service opportunities and maintain strong business relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client operations, understand technical requirements, and propose effective O&M solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and manage enquiries related to operations, maintenance, and technical support services.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Technical, and Proposals teams to ensure all service offerings and proposals align with client requirements and contractual obligations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments (Metito) to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Site Managers and technical teams to provide clarifications, resolve operational challenges, and ensure service excellence.
- Support in preparing, negotiating, and finalizing O&M service contracts in line with company policies and profitability targets.
- Continuously monitor market trends, client needs, and current activities to identify new business opportunities and potential operational improvements.
- QHSSE Policies, Objectives, Manuals and Procedures, integration with business operations and ISO Standard requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO
- Promote the QHSSE Culture to achieve best QHSSE performance that safeguards human health, operational safety, protection of the environment and resources, all while delivering world-class quality products and services.
- Report QHSSE risks and impacts, carry out assigned tasks and duties in accordance with QHSSE --Standards and KPIs, and ensure their personal safety and of personnel under their authority at all times.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or related field). - Minimum
5 years of experience
in
operations and maintenance
, preferably within the
water, wastewater, or utilities sector
. - Proven experience in managing O&M activities, client coordination, and service delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across
Indonesia
as required. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
