Job Description:

Our client is a global trading and investment company headquartered in Japan. The company operates in various sectors, providing a wide range of products and services in Indonesia.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share in the plastic products segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree.
  • Have experience in handling business with related plastic (trader or plastic parts manufacturing, etc).
  • Have experience in Japanese company is preferable.
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel/Power Point/Word.
  • Proficient in English.
