Invoice Processing (AR): review paid invoices made by Sales per center. Input the revenue into Accounting System inadequate with revenue recognition per brand per center

Payment Tracking: Recon Paid invoices with payment receipt in bank statement by daily bases. Input the Payment receipt into Accounting System accordingly per brand per center.

Centers Cross Check: Crosscheck to Centers Managers and Sales Advisor as the revenue generator directly to our customers to make sure any issue caused or cross check any discrepancies between paid invoices in payment gateaway and Payment receipt or any outstanding issues in a timely manner.

Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and Paid Invoices with internal records and assist with month-end closing activities to ensure all receivable accounts are balanced.

Assist any adhoc tasks, for example:

* Input Bank charges for all bank when closing

* Update daily total revenue per brand in cashflow, etc
