About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Jetour Motor Indonesia as a Regional Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing dealer operations and driving sales performance to achieve both wholesale and retail targets within your assigned region. You will lead sales activities, develop strategic programs, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet customers, and leasing partners. This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise dealer areas to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Conduct routine dealer visit to evaluate market conditions and identify new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate overall business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategies for operational and sales optimization.
  • Monitor activities and results from exhibitions.
  • Responsible for supervising dealer operations, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of wholesale and retail targets in the assigned market area.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in managing regional sales operations
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Capable of building and maintaining good relationships with dealers, fleet customers, and leasing partners.
  • Willing to travel frequently for dealer visits and business reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Skilled in preparing and analyzing sales reports for management review.
