Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Relationship Officer to join our team in Denpasar. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Daily tasks will include customer communication, managing service inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage client accounts effectively
  • Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service tools and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred
