Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  • Bekerja sama dengan tim bisnis untuk mempersiapkan perencanaan kasus bisnis dan mendapatkan persetujuan dari user yang berkepentingan;
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk mengumpulkan dan menyelesaikan persyaratan bisnis;
  • Mengevaluasi solusi teknis dan bekerja dengan personil Divisi TI dan personil Divisi Pengadaan Pihak Pertama untuk memilih dan mendapatkan solusi untuk penyedia layanan / pemasok yang tepat;
  • Mempersiapkan perencanaan proyek dengan lengkap, termasuk jadwal proyek, pengiriman, rencana personil, rencana penyebaran, perubahan manajemen, dan membantu rencana proyek;
  • Mempersiapkan Kick Off Meeting dan mengelola ekspektasi dari user terkait;
  • Mengelola tim proyek untuk merencanakan proyek agar sesuai waktu yang dibutuhkan, ruang lingkup, dan biaya yang disepakati;
  • Mengelola masalah dan risiko di seluruh proyek;
  • Mengelola hubungan pemasok di seluruh proyek;
  • Mempersiapkan laporan status proyek dan ad hoc laporan proyek sebagaimana disyaratkan oleh Pihak Pertama;
  • Mempersiapkan laporan implementasi / Project Implementation Report (PIR) setelah go-live;
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Product owner
  • Memastikan semua dokumen proyek diselesaikan sesuai prosedur Pihak Pertama yang berlaku; dan
  • Melakukan semua tugas sesuai dengan semua kebijakan dan prosedur

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan S1 bidang terkait
  • Memiliki pengalaman 5 tahun sebagai product owner (lebih diutamakan)
  • Berpengalaman menggunakan Tools & Technology: Wrike, JIRA, MS. Office, MS.Project, MS.Planner, other Software project
