  • Melaksanakan proses penerimaan barang dari pemasok, termasuk pemeriksaan kualitas, kuantitas, expiry date, dan kondisi penyimpanan (khususnya suhu untuk produk chilled/frozen).
  • Menata dan menyimpan barang di gudang sesuai kategori, standar keamanan pangan, dan prinsip FIFO/FEFO.
  • Melakukan proses picking dan packing berdasarkan kebutuhan produksi maupun permintaan outlet.
  • Melaksanakan stock opname secara berkala dan melaporkan hasilnya beserta temuan selisih stok.
  • Menjaga kebersihan, kerapian, dan ketertiban area gudang sesuai standar sanitasi dan food safety industri F&B.
  • Mencatat barang keluar dan masuk serta menyampaikan data kepada Admin Logistik untuk proses administrasi.
Kualifikasi
  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma 3.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–4 tahun sebagai Warehouse Staff di industri F&B.
  • Memahami standar penyimpanan produk pangan, termasuk handling produk fresh, frozen, dan chilled.
  • Memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan cold storage jika diperlukan.
  • Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.
  • Lancar menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
