What you'll be doing

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, BOQ and maintaining client records
  2. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure smooth communication with potential and existing clients
  3. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to address their needs
  4. Assist with the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documentation
  5. Contribute to the overall improvement of sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or client administration role, preferably in a construction industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  5. A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
  6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
