performance marketing data analyst
who can join ASAP

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns with significant budgets in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, data studio, google sheets) and knowledge of tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pixel implementation).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

This role oversees the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of performance campaign across multiple channels. As a performance marketing, you will own performance marketing budget and ROAS.

  1. Strategy & Leadership

Develop and lead the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Own and optimize the digital media budget across multiple channels.

  1. Campaign Management

Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.

Drive consistent testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages) to reduce maximize cost metrics

  1. Data & Analytics

Build dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights

Analyze full-funnel performance (awareness → conversion → retention) to ensure channel efficiency.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with brand team to ensure creative quality

  1. Innovation & Growth

Explore and scale new performance channels and growth levers

Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
