Responsibilities

· Manage existing accounts and develop new customers by understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term retention.

· Identify customer challenges and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.

. Deliver pre-sales technical assistance and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and follow up on proposals in a timely manner.

· Plan and conduct sales visits, maintain a customer contact database, and update project status and activity reports on a regular basis.

· Support marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events when required.

· Maintain strong technical and application knowledge of assigned product solutions.

· Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations to showcase product capabilities, applications, and proof of concept.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Solid knowledge of electronics, telecommunications, or engineering principles.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in a technical solutions role is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

· Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of noise & vibration and/or remote condition monitoring.

· Min 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industries such as automotive, aerospace, environmental, power generation, or facility maintenance.

· Active listening skills with the ability to perform effective root cause analysis of customer issues.

· Proficient in spoken and written English.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining long-term relationships.

· Positive attitude with a strong drive for learning new technologies and staying updated with market trends.

· Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, team-oriented environments.

· Disciplined, persistent, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.

· Proven ability to plan, lead, and successfully execute projects on time.

· Willingness to travel and adaptability to work across diverse cultural environments.
