About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at aveon hotel jogja' in Sleman DI Yogyakarta. As a contract position, this role will play a crucial part in supporting the overall HR management and operations of our hotel.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations
  • Coordinating employee benefits administration, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain and update HR databases and systems
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
