Job Description

  • Mengembangkan system dan strategi HSE.
  • Merencanakan, memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivitas Program SHE.
  • Memastikan perusahaan menerapkan Sistem SHE dan program K3 secara efektif.
  • Membantu dalam meninjau kepatuhan, penilaian risiko umum dan penilaian keselamatan lainnya untuk mendukung Manajemen SHE.

Requirements

  • Minimal Pendidikan D3 (Semua Jurusan).
  • Mimiliki 3 Tahun pengalaman dibidang HSE.
  • Memiliki sertifikat K3 Umum (Diutamakan Sertifikasi Kemenaker)
  • Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Audit, Inspeksi SHE, Investigasi Insiden, proses analisis & pelaporan.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang ISO, SMK3, OHSAS, SHE management system & PROPER 5S.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, persentasi yang baik.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Site Tanjung Enim - Sumatera Selatan
