Business FunctionDBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).Responsibilities* Provide direct contract support for liabilities and wealth operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements* Assist in the management of client accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and closure processes* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries and address operational issues in a timely and efficient manner* Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience* Participate in the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline operations and support business growth* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external reporting requirementsRequirements* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams* Proficient in the use of relevant banking and operational systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team-based projects* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approachApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
